Prenatals are just vitamin tablets withall the vitamins that a woman needs during pregnance. I don't believe that there is anything wrong when taking them any other time. If it could cause problems in non-pregnant women, then it should tell you on the warning label.

I've heard of people taking prenatal vitamins for this reason. It's all over the counter stuff, I don't think it's bad. You probably want to talk to your doctor though just to be safe. He/she may suggest different vitamins.

Vitamins are vitamins, they won't be bad for you. Pregnant women generally have to be MORE careful with what they put in their bodies, and I've never heard of any over the counter vitamins being unsafe for anyone. You should be fine! :)
