Hi so I'm 13 and I'm not wearing a tampond end of story.. I need an exuse to not go in the water at the beach? I was thinking of playing sick an just laying in the sand. But my bro is bringing his friend n I don't want them to think I like him cuz I don't. Also I ALWAYS go in the water so it's strange for me not to. What other exuses do you have n no I'm not sayingni have my period because in going with all guys and that would be very strange. So what should I do?

here are some common excuses

1. sotmach ach

2. afraid of ecoli

3. just wanna hang in the sand for once

4. some kindacut or wound

5. too cold

6. ear infection

7. forgot swiming suit

8. dont wanna get your hair wet

9. ate drank/too much

10. wanna tan

this is what a friend told me. "I am on a competitive swim team. We swim Mon-Fri. Do this if your period is moderate or light. A friend of mine did this before because she doesn't like tampons. She wore a dark colored suit and put some paper towels under there. She didn't tell me until the week after. I had no idea she was even having her period! Make sure you have some dark shorts that are thick that you can wear when you get out!"

when you are on your period you really cant bleed in the water. the flow stops when you are in it so i wouldnt worry about it! :) good luck

it would be extremely thoughtless of you to become in touch in water events and not positioned on a tampon. i do no longer comprehend if any of the events contain salt water, yet while they do- you will possibly maximum in no way want to get in without wearing a tampon. Blood interior the water might no longer be substantive, in spite of the undeniable fact that it would be detectable to the animal life, particularly sharks. interior the water, the bypass may be diluted and in all probability no longer substantive, yet as quickly as to procure out, properly- enable us to easily say anybody with a suggestions and eyes will comprehend. Like as no longer, the bypass and tinged water will dribble down your leg and puddle at your feet. It won't rely what colour your healthful is. And wearing a pad in water isn't a plausible answer, using fact the pad gets saturarated by the water and not paintings in any respect. So in the experience that your trip includes water events, you extremely purely have 2 possible alternatives. you may the two get comfortable with the belief of applying a tampon, or you may bypass to the scientific expert for a possible prescription medicine to delay issues. some medical doctors will, some won't. the main healthful component is to easily get the tampons and get familiar with the belief or applying one while that is mandatory. it may take some to get the cling of it, yet as quickly as in place you won't be able to sense a component, and water events substitute into possible. Sorry, yet it incredibly is the reality of issues.

First off. it's ironic you're asking this and your name is "R.I.P. Gidget". Sandra D.? lol

Just tell them you don't feel like swimming this time because you always do and you just want to enjoy the beach this time and/or only walk around in the tide and don't go full on swimming. Walk in up to your thighs and splash around, it would be a lot less strange than not getting in at all.

You could tell them you have a leg cramp, or stomach cramps. Tell them you drank a bunch of liquids and now your tummy feels all crampy so you just want to sit in the sun. Wear shorts and tell them you don't think it would hurt to put your feet in the shore, but that you don't want to go in.

Or you can say you really wanted to work on getting a nice tan.

Good luck and have fun :)

Simply use tampons and enjoy swimming. If you sit around giving excuses they'll all know you're menstruating.
