DAD AND MY PERIOD HELP PLEASE?

Ok I'm at my dad I need some pads and I don't have a mom and wake up at 11:30 to go pee and there was pool of blood and everywhere on my pj so I need then and my stomach hurts a lot and this is my first one so I don't know what to say ok he my dad I'm daddy's little girl I don't know what to say help please please please please please please please please please I have a brother who 16 and my 12year old sitter and I'm 14 I'm scared please please please please please please please help thank you bye by the way it 3 here am please help I'm crying because my cramps hurt so bad please help bye :(

Put some knickers on underneath your pjs and change your pjs. Go to the bathroom and fold over a wad of toilet roll(fairly thick). Put it in your knickers and this will act as a pad until you get sorted out. Go and tell your dad that you have started your period. Or go and tell your sister if you feel more comfortable asking your dad with her. Your dad will understand. Ask him if you can go to a petrol station with him and get some. I know it will be I barreling but you are going to need some so you might as well get not over with. Also if you go in the morning, if you leak, people will be more likely to notice.

Go to the bathroom and look inside the cabinet for cotton wool/gauze/tissues and make your own temporary til the morning.Or you may need to ask your dad to drive you to 24/7 and buy some supplies.It happens to many females, so you are not alone.

Tell him, he will be expecting you to have your period, you're t the right age anyway, or tell your gran our auntie, or buy the pads yourself?
