There are three possibilities that I can think of. You might not be ready for it quite as soon as your partner...take longer in preparation during foreplay. You and your partner should make sure you are lubricated enough before penetration. Another reason might be that you don't feel emotionally connected with your partner, which might possibly be a hindrance to your becoming fully engaged during sex. And, a third could be something physical that is being stressed during intercourse and needs to be examined by a good OB/GYN.

I have what is called endometriosis and also have those pains. You might want to go for a yearly papsmear you could have swollen ovaries or something going on with your uterus but don't just not do anything about it. Always hope for the best and pray you will most definately be in my prayers!
