you could be growing,

or over sleeping,

you shouldn't over sleep,

its actually bad for you to get that much sleep,

i heard on a show, that your not even supposed to get 8,

the new information says between 5-7 or you can develop different illnesses.

When you sleep too long your body goes into this coma, sort of, so your body is in a really deep sleep and when you wake up from that deep sleep, it makes you feel even more tired. Like say your body is used to getting 8 hours of sleep. After 8 hours your body will go into a deep sleep, and it will like start the process over. So you're saying you got 10 hours of sleep, and if your body is used to 8 hours, it will feel like you've only slept for two hours. Though you've slept for ten. :p hope this helped. <3

You don't sleep this long all the time. Clearly your brain which regulates sleep felt you were in need of a long rest period.

Get at least 20-30 minutes of sunshine every day and eat as much wholegrain and unprocessed food as possible

it will help balance out serotonin levels which help the brain regulate sleep.

If you still feel tired after a few days of sunshine exercise and good food you should definitely see a doctor.

There is a possibility that you over slept. When you sleep for long periods of time you seem to be more tired that if you got only seven hours of sleep!!

That happens to me when I get too much sleep. Try sleeping nine hours or.. If the weather is gloomy that might be why.

It could be you slept to long.

Your body gets so use to you sleeping it craves it.

I slept an entire day and didn't even know when i woke i felt sluggish.

Just exercise and drink tea it really helps

You might be low in Iron, have you ever been anaemic? Being low in Iron can cause fatigue, but it could be many things, or just a restless night.

You can get too much sleep the same as too little.

I agree with sparkles. You could have possibly "overslept".
