I've been using it for 12 days now... I've lost 7.5 lbs so far, so for me its working pretty darn well. I don't have any of the side effects they say you could get, but I hear if you eat far too much fat in one go, you will regret it shortly after. If you keep your fat intake to 15g per meal (which is really quite easy) it should work for you with no ill effects.
No way of telling how much you'll lose and how fast, everyone is different.
Typical day for me in the past week:
Breakfast: cereal + skim milk + banana (no pill)
Lunch: turkey + cheese + lettuce in a wrap, maybe a yogurt too (take a pill)
Snack: apple or celery with peanut butter
Dinner: salmon, brocolli and chinese noodles, or spaghetti and turkey mince with tomato sauce, or stirfry, or pea or chicken noodle soup and crackers... fairly typical (take pill)
Snack: caramel rice cakes with peanut butter
Water, skim milk and diet coke to drink
I had the pills and waited about a month before I finally got the courage up to use them. Glad I did! I just did a lot of searching online through forums for everyones experiences.
