Im 20 yrs old and 6 months ago hadmy daughter. :) i didnt watch what or how much i ate n ate everything in sight and now im paying the price. I dropped the first 20 lbs fast and ten slowly after but now im stuck at 166-169. i jut started alli four days ago and i started doing 300 sit ups a night yesterday as well as either jumping rope or walking. plus everyday stuff like lifting my 20lbs daughter all thru out the day. im tryin to get to 130-125lbs again. Am i doin everything right. i cut out alotta snacking and drink alot more water and milk. ( lowfat) How much weight does it look like ill lose and how fast does it look like ill lose this baby weight and also does anyone know any lotions or creams for tightening loose skin from pregnancy? ( im 20... i cant afford surgery? ) thanks :)

I've been using it for 12 days now... I've lost 7.5 lbs so far, so for me its working pretty darn well. I don't have any of the side effects they say you could get, but I hear if you eat far too much fat in one go, you will regret it shortly after. If you keep your fat intake to 15g per meal (which is really quite easy) it should work for you with no ill effects.



No way of telling how much you'll lose and how fast, everyone is different.



Typical day for me in the past week:

Breakfast: cereal + skim milk + banana (no pill)

Lunch: turkey + cheese + lettuce in a wrap, maybe a yogurt too (take a pill)

Snack: apple or celery with peanut butter

Dinner: salmon, brocolli and chinese noodles, or spaghetti and turkey mince with tomato sauce, or stirfry, or pea or chicken noodle soup and crackers... fairly typical (take pill)

Snack: caramel rice cakes with peanut butter



Water, skim milk and diet coke to drink



I had the pills and waited about a month before I finally got the courage up to use them. Glad I did! I just did a lot of searching online through forums for everyones experiences.

This is an exciting query! I began heavy with my first at 185 lbs and won forty lbs. My little one was once eight lbs. 10 oz.. I misplaced the entire forty lbs. plus an extra 20 lbs. after approximately two months way to breastfeeding(and giving up chocolate for the reason that it made my son gassy)! With my moment I began at 168 and won approximately 37 lbs. and had a eight lbs. thirteen oz.. lady. I do not feel that gaining extra weight implies that your little one can be greater, than person who does not achieve as a lot. But I do feel that it would do along with your nutrition. Some men and women can consume tons of junk meals and achieve much less weight, than any one who eats fitter. But I might bet that the man or woman who ate a more fit meal might have a smaller little one. You might absolutely need to don't forget WHEN men and women have their infants. Someone who has a little one at 38 weeks, must technically have a smaller little one than any one who has a little one at forty weeks. Plus I wonder whether genetics would have anything to do with it? Most of my mothers eleven youngsters and my MIL four youngsters had been over eight lbs. Just suggestion I'd attempt to supply you extra matters to bear in mind for beginning weight!
