Dad walked in on me changing my period pad!!?

Question

Okay, well this happened about 10 mins ago. I was changing, and then I thought I heard someone come up the stairs. As I was changing the pads over, my dad walked in!!! I fell to the floor and screamed for him to get out!!! I can't remember what i said, but I think I may have sworn.
I ran downstairs to tell my mum and he was with her! I couldn't look him in the eyes.
I feel all shakey! Is there anything I can do?

You know you just have to shake it off. Tell him "dad i know were both embarrased that you walked in my room when i was changing my sanitary pad, you probably know im on my period right now, and its just a girl thing and we'll both forget about it". Maybe next time, get a piece of paper and write "its that time of month, please dont come in" and then people will know not to come in your room. or go to the bathroom and change pads there. plus, its just a period. every girl has it and every guy knows every girl has it!

Do you have an aunt or grandmother you could ask to get you some? Or, you need to pass to a convenience keep bathing room and use the merchandising device to get a pair in case you're too embarrased. yet heavily, i think of in case you in simple terms say, "Dad, i choose some pads." he will understand. it sort of feels like he'd be weirded out, yet Dads are conscious of what women people could conflict by using each and each month and he will probable take you to get some. interior the intervening time, you could ball up a brilliant wad of bathroom paper and make kindof a makeshift pad. you do not prefer to maintain that comparable pad on your panties till you get some greater. that's not very healthful and ought to start, eeeewwww, smelling.

u r gonna have to make shure u lock the door next time and y dad needs to start knocking before going in a room am so soooo sorry this happend i know u feel like crap and emabarased but it was an accident and i bet your dad feels crappy too at least say it was your dad not a stranger u r gonna have to just try hard to think it never happend but if u can let him know how u feel well good luck and again sorry!!!



ps my hubby walked in my daughter getting out of the shower and shes a tween she screamed and my husband felt so bad worst than her and she was more angry than embarased and now it something that it can never happend he now knocks and knocks evrywhere!!! and asks is anyone there a im opening the door and even makes me go check to make shure !!!

lock the door next time. Talk to your dad because he must likely feels really bad for walking in when you where doing something personal. Use the bathroom for all pad changes. Say sorry to your dad and it should be ok.

For now on when you in there tape a sign to the door saying knock first. Your dads probably just as embarrassed as you are. Your dads been with your mom and knows the whole period business.

well there isnt much you can do now, because what happened happened. it will be ok, your dad knows that girls have there period and everything. i understand that is it really aquard and embarrasing but it will all blow over soon. maybe you should start locking the door, if you have a lock. that way no one can come in. m sure your dad is just as embarrassed and everything as you. im sorry that happened to you, and i hope i helped:)
