I'm sorry for the caps and stars in my title but this is something I really need an answer to. I just want to know if I will grow any taller.

Here is my info:
5'6, 117 pounds, 15 years old. My birthday was August.
My mom is 5,4 and my dad is 6'0.
I got my period when I was 13.

Is there ANY way I can grow taller? HGH is my last resort. I just want to know if there's any vitamins, pills, stretches, foods, or anything to help me grow. I really want to get into modeling and many people believe I could be one. I just need to be taller. This is my dream. Please. If you have any tips or anything at all, feel free to share!

Please don't post rude comments or anything hurtful. I know modeling is hard getting into, and all of the other nonsense.

Hi Kayla! Umm, don't go for HGH yet - it has really bad side effects if haphazardly taken in. You're still young at 15 years old and you have like, a five to seven year window for growing tall. You'll probably reach a minimum of 5'9 by the time you're 18. Just concentrate on living a healthy lifestyle right now - and once again, avoid the HGH - it may do more harm than good.



If you need tips, here are the cool stuff that I got from waysgrowtallerfaster.com blog:



1. Eat a healthy diet. Get enough calcium, protein and fiber. Don't count out vitamins as well. I know you want to be a model, but don't starve since it may cause your growth to get stunted!



2. Exercise. In order to negate the effects of too much calories, try exercising. It'll strengthen the bones and muscles as well. Remember though, avoid weightlifting and only try out jogging and non-contact sports!



3. Get enough sleep. Eight to ten hours per day would suffice.



4. Avoid anything that may stunt your growth, like smoking, liquor, drugs and other dangerous substances.



5. Don't stress yourself out just yet. Enjoy life with your friends, family and just about everyone you know and love. Getting rid of stress is one step to achieve a healthy lifestyle :)

Try eating vitamin c,milk any calcium also a lot of fruit and veges the more healthy the more you will grow also try sleeping with your spine straight in line with your neck.

excersize and stretching heaps also helps

Enjoy all of the extra foods ,vitamins and exercise. I hate to be the bearer of unwanted news but chances are if you grow anymore it will be very little. Height is genetic and unless you are greatly malnourished eating extra foods will not do anything. Females typically stop growing in their mid teens. The ends of your bones seal over and its impossible no matter how hard you try they will not continue to grow. Be proud who you are and embrace your own beauty.
