Okay so, yesterday I had unprotected sex three times, and he pulled out before he came each time. Even though he said he knew his body really well and knew when to pull out, I decided to make up for my irresponsibility and ask my friend to come with me to get Next Choice (Plan B) and I had taken it 19 hours after the FIRST time we had unprotected sex.

Yes I made a big mistake. Yes it was very irresponsible of me. No I will NEVER do it again. This was my first time having unprotected sex. First and last. So please I don't need any harsh comments. Mistakes happen.

So my question is, should I be okay? I know the longer I delay taking it the less effective it is. I keep thinking, "what if my egg was already fertilized before I took the pill?" I don't know...I think worst case scenario...:/ help?

You should be fine. You have 72 hours. You did it soon enough to be effective.

The sooner you take it, the better. So 19 hours is pretty quick. But it also matters what stage of your cycle you're in. Were you near ovulation? The closer to ovulation, the better. The pill keeps your ovaries from releasing an egg. If it was already released, then the pill does little or nothing.

The Plan B would desire to be supplying you with facet outcomes - the cramps and discharge. yet to be on the secure facet, i could bypass to the docs and get an examination. enable them to correctly known you took the morning after pill. As for the puking - You propose morning ailment? that sometimes would not ensue till some weeks into the being pregnant, if it occurs in any respect, so do not use that as a gauge for regardless of if or not the pill labored.
