Ok, so this is a pretty long story.
At the beginning of the month i started to get really bad back pain, bloating, decided to take a preg test and it came back positive. I called my ob, because i already have one child, and she said that it was probably from implantation. so i was like ok, 2 days later started bleeding really bad and they said that i was miscarrying. 2 weeks later i was done bleeding and my levels went down, but the pain was still there. The obs office said it wasnt pelvic to go to my primary. my primary thought it was an ectopic pregnancy and told me to go to the er. when they tested they said that my levels were 1 and that i had a very bad uti. which i get a lot of. so they gave me meds and sent me home.

yesterday i called my primary because the pain hadnt gone away and i was starting to get constipated/gassy, he sent me to get a ct scan which turned out to be nothing. he thought it was my gallbladder but that was clean, i am going on friday for another test. in the mean time he has prescribed me prilosec.

I am worried that it might be something more serious with my uterus or ovaries. i have very irregular periods, have since i was 9. I am in my 20's and been on bc when i was 16 for over a year and had no luck.

does anyone have any idea what could be going wrong?

I'm assuming the Ct was of your abodomen/pelvic area - and that would have shown any pregnancy/ uterine/Fallopian tube/cysts/PCOS problems ---

Which I assume they said was normal. and that you are not pregnant, and do not have gallstones.

Your UTI could be causing back pain -- but you could have actual Back Pain -- like from a slipped disc or pinched nerve - has anyone checked out your back? or kidneys?

i have no idea but that's the health system we have today. doctors don't learn anything in med school. they are run by the drug companies to make sure doctors give patients drugs and send them home. my suggestion would be to go overseas and get real help. doctors in america don't know anything.
