Missed period for two months. What's going on?

I am 20 the last time I had sex was 4months ago .... That is October 2010. I saw my period in November, December, and January but I did not see it in February I am suppose to be seeing it now but nothing. I dunno what is happening. All I see is this white cheesy stuff oozing out of my vagina. I dunno what it is.I know there is something called Vagina discharge but this is certainly not it because this one actually smells.
