I forgot to change my ortho evra patch on the sunday that I was supposed to so I remebered on thursday to change it so I did and that same day I got my period. I Have been on the patch for 1 1/2 yrs and never had this problem. I had 2 wks until I was due for my scheduled period. I just had my period 2wks ago. Im not sexually active so I can't be pregnant. Is me getting my period from all of this normal?

Yes...I'm on the patch and that has happened to me twice actually. Where I forgot to change my patch on my regular change day and I started like a day or two later. My cycle is all messed up if I don't change it regularly and stay on schedule like I'm supposed to. If the problem persists, you might just phone your doctor and ask him/her about it.

It's probably not an issue. See if the literature that comes with your patch mentions what can happen if you are late in changing it, or call your doctor and ask.

This is normal. But you may seriously want to change your BC method. This patch can be linked to stoke, heart attack, and blood clots. Good Luck!!!
