I'm definitely a female but my clit is a lot bigger than normal (like an inch) and it pokes out, and you can definitely see the outline of it through my bottoms. Well, if it's that large, talk to a cosmetic surgeon about it.  The only problem is that surgery on your clitoris could conceivably deaden sensation.



In the meantime, there isn't much you can do to conceal it in something like a swimsuit. You could try a panty liner, which might keep it from poking through the fabric as much.  Swimsuits made with really strong spandex (the type intended to hold in the body, make it look slimmer) could also be useful.
