I know I'm female, but did some research on this subject for school (Nursing) the function of the foreskin is actually to serve as a medium for the natural lubrication from the vagina...therefore enhancing the gliding motion of the penis through the vagina and ensuring a well lubricated intercourse. Fascinating isn't it!

Actually, circumsision is supposed to increase the sensation for a man. There is nothing to get in the way, so it's just nerve endings to nerve endings there.
