How can i stop my tampon from getting stuck?

When i was pulling it out got stuck on what i was told was my hymen, i'm a virgin so i don't think its broken but how can i stop it getting stuck and hurting because i want to carry on using tampons.

Use a smaller absorbency like Lite or Regular. If you already are, MAKE SURE the tampon is TOTALLY saturated before trying to remove it. Pulling out a dry tampon is painful...it makes me cringe just thinking about it. Your hymen has nothing to do with being able to use a tampon.



Wear a pad until you see that your flow has picked back up and you're bleeding enough to need a tampon, then try inserting another one. Leave it in for 5-6 hours, then slowly try to remove it and relax while removing it.



Tampons are tricky at first, but you'll get the hang of it :)

Your hymen is a thin membrane of skin that usually covers some part of the vaginal canal.. most girls will tear it up or break it by masturbating, that is inserting a finger or two inside your vagina as you masturbate, or just doing every day things like riding a bike, sports, jumping, etc.. If you are having difficulty removing a tampon maybe it's because of your hymen or maybe you just left it inside too long? and now it dried up? The best thing to do is go to your doctor to see if all is ok down there, you can also visually examine your vagina by just using a mirror..lay on your back with your legs open and look with a mirror to see if the opening is truly open or if there is your hymen blocking it. You will be fine!

Use lube or get smaller ones. It happend to me to. Mine got stuck and I had to rip it out and I think I ripped my hymen because of that. But just use lube. It works

Don't put it up too high and make sure the string is accessible to remove it. Perhaps use a smaller tampon...the less absorbent ones or junior tampons.

well the thing is, because you are a virgin, your hymen is still intact, this means that your tampon is probably slowly breaking it.

whatever you do, please make sure you dispose of it properly, couldnt tell you how many times i have worked with parks and rec, and the girls restroom is nastier than the boys, i mean bloody tissues and tampons everywhere, ugg
