im a 13 yr. old girl, im 4' 11", and i weigh 135 pounds. i believe in witch craft and spells.

i have looked EVERYWHERE for some working, free, weight loss spells. but EVERYWHERE i go, i have to pay to get it, and i have to recieve it by mail.

my parents dont believe in witch craft, but they greatly support me in what i believe in. ive asked them before and they said they love me and that i look perfect to them and all that crap.

DONT tell me just go on a diet or something. ive tried and tried but now ive got to put my witch craft inside of me to work. NO rude comments.

what r some sites that give u spells and what u need to have and do for them on the site ? what r some spells that really work ?

please do not let the idiots below me (or above me?) lower your self esteem. they are just jealous because if they believed in something like that, they wouldn't have the guts to admit it like you do.

personally, i do not believe in witchcraft but i do not think there is such thing as a catholic witch, do you? lolz. but i will try to help. i know exactly how you feel =[

So basically you're telling us to not give you the solution for what you want

I mean, I really really want to help you

so this is a diet for you:



Breakfast: integral toast and a 70-calorie yogurt



Lunch: Fruit (any kind, except banana) and a fish (not fried)



Snack if you get hungry: gum or 90-calorie diet bar



Dinner: Light soup (not a creamy soup, it has too much fat)

Or maybe a cup of special K or cheerios



Some other tips:

DON'T EVER DINNER AFTER 7PM, IT HAS BEEN PROVEN IN INVESTIGATIONS AND THAT HELPS A LOT, TRY TO DINNER AFTER 7, I SWEAR IT'S AMAZING



I recommend you coffee in the morning, it gives you a lot of energy! (without sugar, or maybe splenda)



Another thing is to drink green tea once a day, it burns fat and it's good for your health
