I have found you some good sites for exercising. All will benefit you.

http://www.kidney.niddk.nih.gov/kudiseases/pubs/exercise_ez/index.htm

http://www.womenshealth.about.com/cs/exercise/l/blexerpelvmuscl.htm

http://www.nextag.com/pelvic-exercise/search-html

http://www.health.allrefer.com/health/kegel-exercises-info.html

All sites have floor exercises in them. That is the only sites I sent you. Hope this helps.

I was informed love eggs do the trick too. Only watch out they're magnetic so you don't wanna be on an escalator, they'll be going down or in the frozen food isle as you will be drawn to the freezers! I was informed it is a good idea for all woman as it will decrease the likelihood of incontinence in later life, funnily enough by my health and fitness teacher!
