My last period was May 26th .. but i have irregular periods so that doesnt help... i had PROTECTED sex with my boyfriend on the June 13th.. it was our 3rd time but the condom broke.. immediately we rushed out and got plan B... i took it within and hour and a half after. and then took the 2nd pill 12 hours later .. which was the next morning so the 14th .. i havent really had any symptoms just a little upset stomach every now and then.. and yesterday the 18th i had back aches and now today i had a head ache and some stomach aches but idk if its related to plan b or not.. i read that people have had spotting and gotten their periods by now and i havent had any of that so i am worried it did not work.. also my nipples seem to be a little sensitive.. do you think the plan b worked?

Also, I sometimes get back cramps which i had yesterday and i break out on my face (which i am) .. before i get my period.. so do you think they could be my period symptoms as well?

Not everybody bleeds after taking emergency contraception, so the fact that you didn't doesn't mean it failed. Unfortunately, you won't be able to prove otherwise for a bit... early pregnancy tests won't show results until around the 26th/27th.

Your symptoms could be either the pill, the stress, or your period getting ready to start. You did everything right, taking the EC so quickly, so I suspect you'll be just fine, but in the mean time, try to relax. And maybe consider getting a secondary method of contraception (the pill is quite cheap and very effective) so you don't have this situation happen again!

Quite honestly, I don't know. Plan b has a lot of hormones so it will through everything out of whack for a little while. I would know because I have taken it, and I also had irregular periods until I went on the pill. Your best bet is to take a pregnancy test.

I have taken Plan B before, and trust me, it Works! You said you took it within an hour after so it should work because the sooner the better. When I first tool Plan B I got really bad stomach pain and even when I peed I got pains in my lower abdomen. Those pains are either related to Plan B or your period.

Check out their site and click on "After Plan B". It explains all of the side effects that it can cause including all of your symptoms.

However, if you do not get your period within the expected time or within 7 days of your normal expected time, consult your doctor to be sure you're not pregnant.
