you will grow still untell your about 18yrs old some have been known to grow after that. There is nothing wrong with being short. some find it to be very atractive. I maryed a woman that is 5'2" so it can be both am blessign and a cruse

You shouldn't really worry about you height. On the other hand if you are over weight work on that first. I personally think that is more important. I mean you are only 16. So say after school or something take a jog around the track. Work hard in gym or something. But don't worry about your height it not the most important factor in your life.

Do a lot of stretching exercise. Eg : Mark a point high up in the wall / loft, and try stretching and reaching upto it, first with right hand, then leaft hand, then both. You need not reach upto it, just try... and stretch. The result is amazing.
Apart from this, dressing matters. Plain, dark coloured, long dresses [black, dark blue..] makes you look thinner and taller, also vertical stripes and tiny prints do wonders. Avoid huge geometrical design patterns and horizontal stripes. And most important... don't damage your back by using too much of heels in your footwear. Good luck...

My wife is 5 foot tall...in the right shoes. But she carries herself with a grace, dignity and confidence that makes her seem larger than life.
Yoga and swimming are great, low-impact exercises that will help you lose some of the extra weight, but DON'T FOCUS ON THE WEIGHT ALONE, be sure to improve yourself overall.

hey girl dont sweat it.Its in the genes.But all u can do is get a nutition rich diet say milk,eggs and some vegs.you can go to ya family doctor and ask him/her what to eat.and swimming and basketball is gr8 for height increase.girls grow till 18 to 19 so you still have 2-3 years so cheerz........

When you lose your excess weight, you'll be petite and look cute in all your clothes. Something to look forward to. Not much you can do about height, as far as I know.

the first thing to do is to loose some of that weight and fast,then include a lot of beans,eggs and milk in your diet.if your parents are not too tall,then its probably in your genes

you should exercise it will help you grow and lose weight . Running daily usally helps and will help you lose weight faster.
