ANOREXIA aDVICE?

Ok to keep it short I am 25 single mom of 2.I know I have a problem but I know I can't do it on my own ..however..I don't want to seek help from a Dr. my bestfriend has asked me to move in with her and she will help me the best she could.My family and others have no clue about me and anorexia ext. Problem kids are 5 and 6 and I would have to move 3 hrs away.. what should I do? I have known my BF since I was 13. And where she is ..is my home town..what do I do?

I can't give you advice you want to hear. Annorexia is a medical problem and it needs medical attention from a doctor. Your friends can help support you but it is unfair to expect them to get you through it just because they love you- it is too much for them to take on. You will need their support but you need to go see someone hun. I'm so sorry- I don't know what your reason is for wanting to avoid the doctor but I hope that you get things figured out. Admitting that you have a problem and reaching out to others is an amazing first step. I hope you get better soon, and I'm sure you can do it.

You have to get better for your kids. Counseling is Private and Confidential. This is a hard DISEASE to over come. You need to talk to someone in the medical field to overcome this- there is no shame in asking for help!

You need help and if it means moving away for a while, do it. You've got kids to worry about and taking care f yourself is a form of taking care of your kids.

Move with her if you think it will help. If you cant do it on your own, seriously re-think seeing a speacialist. Good Luck!

first off seek pschyatric attention, something is making you feel that way to be that way. i personally find it disgusting, i would rather have meat on me than have bones sticking out everywhere, and to have sex with someone i would want them to feel me not my back bone.
