When using a massage table, what is the most comfortable way to position a slender woman with large breasts?

I enjoy giving my wife a massage using a portable massage table. She is slender and recently had breast implants. Now, it is uncomfortable for her to lie flat on the massage table. Any suggestions for positioning, use of pillows, etc, to make it more comfortable for her to lie flat for the massage?

Put a pillow or two under her anterior hips/stomach. This will allow the back to "flatten" out without such an accentuated lordotic curve in the low back that is now being created by the implants. Putting a pillow under her breasts will make the situation more uncomfortable.

pillow on stomach is not a good idea she will have pain on her back put the pillow on her breast the pillow should be very soft and fluffy.........
