Why does it feel like something is moving in my stomach?

So, all the time i feel like something is moving and stuff in my stomach, i'm not pregnant i went to the doctor yesterday, but i feel like something is moving, and it feels like butterfly's fluttering..what could it be?

It shouldn't be anything to worry about.

It's probably gas, liquid moving, or digestion.

well there are times when you drink too much and you can actually hear the liquid

running through your abdomen.

you stomach is a small portion of your body, but if you are referring to the abdomen

it could just be your body breaking down substances.

if you went to the doctor and he checked it out i think your fine.

if you still have worries, go to a different doctor.

it could be something u drank a lot of , moving around in your stomach, or it could be that u are hungry or your stomach is just make that random noise/feeling occasionally but it is very often and continues maybe you should get it checked out again ..
